Having attended a marine subject workshop recently, this is my first oil painting inspired by what I learned. It is painted in an Impressionist style but still has a realistic feel. It is a peaceful subject with the soft blues of the water softening into the distance. The painting is framed and ready to hang in a recycled frame which measures 42 cm x 35 cm. The painting is on sealed MDF board and measures 35 cm x 28 cm. With many thanks to Liz Hardaker for the lovely reference photo.
