Estimated Delivery Times

Original artworks within Australia: approximately 1–14 days.

Made-to-order Fine Art Prints within Australia: approximately 3–4 weeks.

Made-to-order Fine Art Prints to the UK, New Zealand and USA: approximately 3–4 weeks.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on production, destination and circumstances outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

7-Day Return Option for Original Artworks in Australia

We want you to feel confident selecting and purchasing original artwork online.

We love creating these original artworks, and our wish is that collectors who purchase them love them too. That's why collectors purchasing an original artwork within Australia have 7 days from the date of delivery to hang and view the artwork in their home or office, with the option to return it if they don't love it on their wall.

To return an original artwork, the original packaging and shipping materials must be used to ensure the artwork is properly protected during return shipping.

Please contact us to arrange your return.

Original artworks returned undamaged will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Return postage is not included and is the responsibility of the customer.

The 7-day return option applies to original artworks delivered within Australia only.

Fine Art Prints

Fine Art Prints are custom made to order and cannot be returned for change of mind. This applies to Fine Art Prints purchased within Australia and internationally.

If you change your mind, please contact us as soon as possible. If your print has not yet gone into production, we will do our best to cancel the order and provide a refund.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your artwork or print is damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

We do not accept change-of-mind returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If your item is eligible for return, the easiest way to exchange it is to return the original item. Once the return has been accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
