Trade Winds is an original abstracted seascape depicting the easterly trade winds blowing across the water with the clouds dancing overhead. Expressive brushstrokes are used to show the movement of sky and water, that feeling of the breeze brushing past your skin as you stand on the edge of the water. There is something really magical about standing on the edge of the water while the easterly breeze blows towards you, The faint smell of salt water brushing past your nose and the coolness sweeping past your skin. The wind rattles in your ears. The clouds dance overhead.
Acrylic on stretched canvas, framed in a beautiful oak box frame. It is finished in satin varnish and come with a Certificate of Authenticity.
