Sundara, meaning beautiful in Sanskrit, is a painting from Stephanie's 'Prana' series.
The sounds of the ancient language of Sanskrit are the expressions of the harmony and perfection of nature’s intelligence. All natural systems can be seen as comprised of various levels of existence - where the innermost level contains the whole, just as the tree is contained in the seed. This series expresses the wisdom inherent in nature’s cycles and the resulting flourishing energy of Prana that exists in us also.
Sundara is a combination of yellow, pink and green. She's painted on a quality stretched canvas with 3.8cm sides. The image extends around the sides of the painting so she's ready to hang. The photos show a framing suggestion but please note Sundara does not come with an external floating frame.
All paintings are finished in 2 coats of satin lacquer for protection and longevity.
