Summer Bay was inspired by the view along my way walking in the morning by the bay near where I live. The local council had been planting in the garden beds near the water, some introduced species of plants, some natives and some naturally growing there in the wild. Painted in the spring, all the colours reminded me that summer is on the way.
Acrylic on stretched canvas, framed in a beautiful oak box frame. It is finished in satin varnish and come with a Certificate of Authenticity.
