This is an original artwork using acrylic paint and artist markers on cotton canvas. This dreamlike landscape is a richly textured creation featuring an abstracted layered world of natures's terrains. For this artwork I wanted to include twiilight to set the scene where the night sky illuminates a glow upon the landscape. The use of textured layers and gestural marks create a flow of energy and rhythms across the canvas. 'Luminous reflects memory, place and presence and invites the viewer to wander, to feel, and perhaps to find a path within.
This artwork includes varnish for protection, with sides painted and a certificate of authenticity.
