This scene from Ella’s old home is her reading space, where she relaxes after a stressful day in her inner-city job. A soft place soaked in natural light, complimented with a standing plant in a large floor vase, a shelf with pink flowers she arranged in a white pale, and her ‘reading pad’ with soft cushions. She likes to leave the door open for fresh air from her balcony.
