This artwork was inspired by the soft shadows on the sand dunes at the end of Pippi Beach where I often walk. The soft grass on the dunes was lit by patches of sunlight and the trees on the hills glowed as the light caught the tops of the foliage. This painting is very loose without much detail in a modern Impressionist style. Note, this painting has sides painted and is ready to hang.
