Returns Policy

We love creating these original artworks, and our wish is that collectors who purchase them love them as well. This is why we offer collectors 7 days from the date of delivery to hang and view the artwork in their home or office space, with the option of returning the original artwork if you don’t love it on your wall.

To return an original artwork, the original packaging and shipping material must be used to ensure the artwork is well protected during shipping back to me. Please contact us to arrange a return if needed. Artworks returned undamaged will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Return postage not included.

Please note: This 7 day return policy does not apply to orders to places outside Australia, sale items or fine art prints and merch, as these are made to order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, gift cards, merchandise, fine art prints and any framing added to the order. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your return.  Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
